Inkpen is in west Berkshire (close to Shalbourne).
At M4 junction 13, come off left onto the A34 (signposted to Newbury). Turn right onto the A4 in the
direction of Hungerford. Turn left off the A4 at Kintbury.

Follow the road into the centre of Kintbury. At the village centre crossroads, turn left into Inkpen Road;
then follow the road some way out of Kintbury.
At a crossroads (with a cemetery on your left), turn right, in the direction of the signposted Swan Inn.
Follow this road into Inkpen for about 1 mile (ignore a second signpost to the Swann Inn, go straight on),
and the playing fields are on the right.
