Erratics won by 2 wickets
NOTES
1. Only ten Erratics lined up against a full team of Charlbury players.
2. On a gloriously sunny day, Charlbury started their innings solidly, reaching 45 before the fall of the first wicket. Good bowling from Richard Heller and Keith Whiter saw a further four wickets tumble with the Charlbury score still short of 100. But a fine unbeaten partnership took the total past 200, with the talented young No. 2 batsman finishing 76 not out.
3. In response, James Rivington and Tristan Ward gave the Erratics a brisk start. The main burden of the innings was carried by Nasir Khawaja, but there was good support from others — Bill Bush shared a partnership of 55. The Erratics never fell behind the clock, and Nasir hit the winning boundary with four balls to spare.
