NOTES
1. A sprightly partnership of 27 between young talents Martin Russell and Felix Meller helped the Erratics reach a vaguely respectable total.
2. In an inspired piece of captaincy, the Erratics’ bowling was opened by James Rivington and Jeremy Walker. Rivington’s first five overs cost just six runs (we don’t talk about the sixth over). Walker bowled 10 overs for a miserly 11 runs. Sharp fielding (good catches, and a spectacular long-distance run out by Brian Berrigan) saw the Erratics coast to victory.
