| Notes: |
| The weather improved during the break, and the Erratics soon wore
sunny smiles as they made deep inroads into the Canbasher ranks. In fact, two of the wickets would have
been boundaries if Richard Down hadnt got in the way at the expense of his spinning
finger. |
| Then the rain started again, harder than before, and the ball quickly
became a bar of soap. Richard D was unable to bowl, and to make matters worse the Erratics felt
aggrieved about two unsuccessful stumping appeals which would have exposed the tail. The batting side
wouldnt have been surprised if we had come in out of the rain, but we stuck out their until the
irritating No. 4 had knocked off the runs. Bugger. |
